Tour itinerary

Day 1: Agadir – Taroudant – Taliouine – Taznakht – Foum Zguid – Erg Chegaga

Early morning departure from your hotel in Agadir toward Taroudant, often called the “little Marrakech”. Visit its ancient kasbah, fortified walls and lively souks before continuing to Taliouine, Morocco’s saffron capital.
The journey continues to Taznakht, renowned for its Berber carpets, before reaching Foum Zguid, the gateway to the Sahara. Lunch on site, then set off along part of the legendary Paris–Dakar rally track across the dry Lake Iriki. Along the way: fossil areas, striking tajine-shaped mountains and sweeping desert landscapes leading to the Chegaga dunes.
Settle into your desert camp, enjoy dinner, and spend the night under the stars.

Day 2: Erg Chegaga – Lake Iriki – Taliouine – Taroudant – Agadir

Wake up to a magical sunrise over the dunes, followed by breakfast at the camp. Return by 4x4 via Lake Iriki to Foum Zguid, with a mint tea break along the route. Lunch in Taliouine before heading back to Agadir, with arrival in the late afternoon.
