From Foum Zguid to the Erg El Mahzil desert in bivouac 2 days / 1 night

Day 1 : Departing from Foum Zguid in the early afternoon in a 4x4, we will enjoy a relaxing photo break at the Laagermia oasis near the spring and its palm trees and appreciate the breathtaking view of the dried-up lake at the foot of the Djebel El Madouar, called the tagine because of its characteristic shape. We will cross the lake to reach the inn where you can enjoy a welcome tea, before making a stop at the fossil mountain.

From the inn where the camel driver and dromedaries will be waiting for us, you will walk to the rhythm of these desert vessels to reach the bivouac installed in the hollow of the dunes where once installed you will appreciate these moments out of time enjoying the immensity and the silence of this still virgin nature. A ride on the crest of the dunes on the back of a dromedary and it will be time for the sunset where the horizon is ablaze leaving you amazed by such a landscape. Dinner will be served near the fire during a friendly evening which will continue with a warm atmosphere to the sounds of the rhythms and melodies of the nomads.After gazing at the starry sky, you can fall asleep in the tent for a peaceful night.

Day 2: Take a good dose of energy when you wake up; it will be while admiring the rising of the star of fire. Then you will have a hearty breakfast before leaving for the douar Zaouia Sidi Abdenabi for a visit to the gardens of the oasis, the old Kasbah and the tomb of the Marabout. We will take a new track to join Foum Zguid while enjoying the varied landscapes along the djebel Bani then rocky or sandy terrain dotted with acacia where we come across dromedaries delighting in their thorns.
